Membership for wrestling training at the South Florida Regional Training Center Home of SWAT. 
 
The South Florida Regional Training Center Home of SWAT will have a new location for the upcoming Freestyle and Greco Roman Spring Session. The new location is just a little south of the previous location.  
 
New address:  1101 Holland Dr. Suite 8, Boca Raton, FL 33487.

For a special treat and group of wrestlers and coaches from Noway will be training with SWAT March 17th until March 21.  
They are mostly Greco Roman wrestlers but will engage in some freestyle as well.  In Norway Greco Roman is the dominate wrestling style.

Spring Session - March 14-July 8, 2023

  • Wrestlers from middle school (No beginners) to college are welcome.
  • Training will be Tuesday, Thursday from 5:00pm until 7:00pm & open mats on most Saturdays  10am - Noon.
  • Training will focus on Freestyle & Greco Roman
  • A current USA wrestling card is required and good for one calendar year from August 31.
  • All waivers must also be signed prior to any participation
